Johnny Price was a high-ranking officer in themilitary and a decorated war hero; but afterbeing convicted of a crime he didn't commit, hewas dishonorably discharged and has neverbeen able to live down the disgrace. When aband of terrorists seize Hoover Dam andthreaten to blow it up if their demands are notmet, Price is called in and given a shot atredemption as the only man who can fend offthe invaders and prevent a disaster that couldcost thousands of lives.
